How to read this page
- The check is a synthetic transaction against the production database write path — the same wiring real tenants use — not a ping.
- We offer no uptime-percentage SLA today and say so plainly. Hosting runs on managed platforms (Vercel, Supabase); support commitments during pilots are staffed commitments written into the agreement.
